We have collected enough votes to approve the new covenants for Cliffs and Cliffs Phase II.  We will continue to collect votes until the 26 April meeting to ensure everyone that wished to cast their vote has had the opportunity to be included.

These changes removed the developers as the controllers of the ACC, and their right to replat the developments.  Also two previous amendments were included so as not to be stand alone documents.

You may print the vote form and mail it, put it in Mike's mail box, or hand deliver it the next board meeting.
